FHC provides a holistic approach to recovery, offering personalized care for individuals struggling with addiction while actively involving their families in the healing process.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and family support programs, FHC addresses the underlying causes of addiction, promoting emotional and behavioral well-being. The program empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthens family bonds, fostering a supportive environment for long-term recovery and resilience.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Position Title and Overview:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>FHC &ndash; Overnight Behavioral Health Tech</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Monitor the safety and well-being of clients throughout overnight hours, conducting regular checks and documenting observations in accordance with program protocols.</li>\r\n\t<li>Support clients in maintaining structure and routines by reinforcing program rules, providing redirection, and responding calmly to behavioral or emotional needs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Accurately complete documentation, including shift notes, incident reports, and any required logs before the end of the shift.</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicate effectively with the next shift and clinical team to ensure continuity of care and relay any concerns or incidents.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment, including performing light housekeeping duties and assisting with morning routines as needed.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Location and Travel Requirements:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>This position is primarily located in Mt.
