    "description_html": "<p>The Pre-flight Graphics Associate is responsible for executing all aspects of the AV-Drop Graphics support process. &nbsp;This position requires a unique blend of customer service skills, pre-flight expertise, and graphic design knowledge to ensure seamless interactions with clients while maintaining the quality and print-readiness of design files. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for design and a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously with deadlines to meet while maintaining sharp focus on the practical aspect of production. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams to ensure seamless project delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li><strong>Knowledge of AV-Drop</strong>: Fully understand and utilize AV-Drop, our proprietary design tool for trade shows, AV, and exhibits.</li><li><strong>Graphics Review</strong>: Review and pre-flight graphics for client approval and print production. Being able to identify common issues such as:</li><li>Colors set to CMYK</li><li>Fonts missing or not outlined</li><li>Poor resolution / DPI high enough to size properly</li><li>Missing images / Image sized appropriately</li><li>Identifying Pantone “Spot” Colors as needed</li><li>Bleed missing or set up incorrectly</li><li><strong>Graphic Design</strong> Utilize graphic design skills and software proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite) to make necessary adjustments to client files, while maintaining design integrity and brand consistency.</li><li><strong>Graphics Asset Management:</strong> Utilize, organize and streamline graphics asset management through Dropbox for storage and file sharing between customers and print vendors.</li><li><strong>Collaboration</strong>: Work closely with the fabrication department and our multiple locations to ensure project deadlines and overall project scope are met.</li><li><strong>Organizational Skills</strong>: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and time management.</li><li><strong>Technical Proficiency</strong>: Use advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office for general visualization and design support.</li><li><strong>Vendor Management</strong>: Manage relationships with all print vendors and ensure all deadlines are met.</li><li><strong>Quality Control</strong>: Uphold rigorous quality control standards throughout the pre-flight and production process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and print quality.
