As an integral member of leadership, your team will rely upon your talents and abilities to foster an efficient and safety-first culture.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Reporting to the Regional Area Manager, you will take ownership of daily operations execution in the respective locations, including customer service, plant maintenance/up keep, vehicle maintenance, ride along with employees, and employee training. At Paraco, a large part of your job is to inspire the people around you to push themselves &ndash; and, in turn, the company &ndash; to greatness.</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Key responsibilities and essential job duties include but not be limited to:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\">Own execution and adherence to standards for all branch processes.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\">Supervision of Dock/Yard Employees through coaching and development conversations; ensuring a commitment to being a world-class leader in safety and responsibility.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\">Execute Customer Deliveries / Installations as needed to support Branch Initiatives&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\">Support After Hour Customer Communication</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\">Work in direct consultation with Regional Area Manager and Organizational Leadership to build developmental programs with defined career paths for advancement.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\">Support the Regional Area Manager with leading safety meetings.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\">Uphold frontline employee safety through the regulation of safety policy compliance, behaviors, and the identification and execution of improvement opportunities.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\">Assist with accident and injury investigations, work with the Regional Area Manager in building pro-active safety measures.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\">Assist with facility management including facility appearance while ensuring safety compliance.</li></ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Desired skills and experience:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\">5+ years in Service, Operations, or Logistics roles.
