The Order Fulfillment Specialist will receive, process, and deliver orders.<br><br><u><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></u><ul><li>Evaluate, package, and stage all orders and ensure accuracy of all forms.</li><li>Collaborate with Logistics Team on delivery routing and scheduling.</li><li>Determine all product requirements and prepare required paperwork.</li><li>Manage finished goods inventory supply chain, from processing and storage to order fulfillment.</li><li>Generate and communicate accurate inventory reports and status updates to internal team members and wholesale partners upon request.</li><li>Learn and master order fulfillment and inventory management aspects of company inventory tracking system.</li><li>Deliver orders to customers, load and unload packages at destinations, ensure accuracy and report any errors on shipping manifests.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.</li><li>Maintain a culture of professionalism.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><u><strong>Qualifications and Education</strong></u><ul><li>Fluency with inventory tracking or fulfillment computer software.</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to be consistently accurate with counts and data. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent.</li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a State Agent ID.</li></ul><u><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></u><ul><li>$16.50-$18.00 per hour, non-exempt.</li><li>Health, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance, with individual employee premiums covered by the company at 100%.</li><li>401k with Matching.</li><li>12 days of paid time off.</li><li>Paid holidays, including 3 personal days.</li><li>Generous Employee discount.</li></ul><u><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></u><ul><li>Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.</li><li>Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, and warehouse environment.</li><li>Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds daily. </li></ul><br><br> ",
