Description

Helm is looking for an experienced automotive aftermarket sales professional in Minnesota. This position is responsible for growing the sales, penetration, and loyalty of Jeep and Mopar Performance Parts & Accessories with dealerships and wholesale accounts in the assigned territory. Increase sales, loyalty, and utilization of Jeep and Mopar Performance Parts & Accessories to achieve revenue goals and increase Mopar Per New Unit Retail (PNUR). Serve as Mopar product specialist for dealer personnel and Stellantis field personnel. Execute product and sales process training within dealerships to increase offerings and customer presentations by the sales and finance department. Consult with dealerships on new vehicle ordering to maximize Mopar and Jeep upfit penetration through Jeep custom shops. Support Mopar and Jeep event activation as requested. Implement Mopar Merchandise displays at assigned dealerships. Increase dealer participation and sales through accessory e-commerce channels. Increase Mopar wholesale penetration through independent accessory installers and wholesale distributors. Provide feedback to the Mopar corporate team regarding product, pricing, and incentive opportunities to increase Mopar sales.
