      "content": "\n<li><strong>Jobsite Support</strong></li>\n<li>Assist Operators in setting up and transporting equipment to/from jobsites.</li>\n<li>Assist in preparing jobsites by unloading tools, staging equipment.</li>\n<li>Assist in handling debris, slurry, and material removal from work areas.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li><strong>Equipment and Vehicle Care</strong></li>\n<li>Transport equipment daily between the yard and job sites.</li>\n<li>Assist in cleaning tools, equipment, and vehicles daily to ensure readiness for the next job.</li>\n<li>Assist Operators in basic preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.</li>\n<li>Report equipment issues promptly to Operators or the shop mechanic by using Tyfoom forms</li>\n<li>Manage personal expendables usage</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance</strong></li>\n<li>Comply with company safety procedures and OSHA regulations diligently.</li>\n<li>Wear required PPE consistently&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Assist in setting up barricades, signage, and other safety controls on jobsites.</li>\n<li>Participate in Job Hazard Analysis with operator on each job after work is reviewed with site contact.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Review safety plan with operator to assess need for respirator use when performing tasks that require respirator use</li>\n<li>Assess safety risks with operator associated with working in extreme environments (take breaks in heat)&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Use tools and equipment when possible, to minimize physical exertion and risk of injury</li>\n<li>Report near misses&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe and professional manner at all times</li>\n<li>Learn safe use of equipment with body positioning, keeping guarding on tools, using mounted drills when necessary, etc.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li><strong>Administration &amp; Communication</strong></li>\n<li>Support Operators in completing job-related paperwork&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Turn receipts in in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Communicate respectfully with team members, clients, and supervisors.</li>\n<li>Report progress, challenges, and delays to the Operator or Field Manager.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li><strong>Professional Development</strong></li>\n<li>Participate in on-the-job training to learn tool operation and industry practices.</li>\n<li>Develop proficiency in basic concrete sawing, drilling, and demolition tasks.</li>\n<li>Show initiative and readiness to advance toward Operator role within 1-2 years</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"
