We&rsquo;re looking for a <strong>Construction Estimator</strong> who takes pride in accuracy, works seamlessly with internal teams, and delivers high-quality estimates consistently.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">In this role, you&rsquo;ll play a vital part in preparing precise estimates, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and ensuring every bid reflects our high standards for quality, scope, and profitability. font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Review plans, specifications, addendums, and bid documents for civil construction projects</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Perform detailed quantity takeoffs using estimating software (AGTEK, PlanSwift, Bid2Win)</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Develop accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, overhead, and profit</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Analyze earthwork, grading, utilities, concrete, sod, striping, and related scopes</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings as needed</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Request, review, and compare subcontractor and vendor pricing to ensure full scope coverage</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Prepare proposals, exhibits (sod and concrete), and supporting documentation</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Participate in bid reviews with estimating and management teams</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Coordinate bid handoff meetings with Project Managers after award</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Strong understanding of civil construction means and methods</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Proficiency with estimating software (Bid2Win, AGTEK, PlanSwift preferred)</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
