The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will also be required to provide daily activity reports and weekly improvement progress updates to ensure transparency and continuous development. As the business grows, there is a clear ambition to expand the maintenance team, giving the right person the opportunity to step into a genuine people leadership role in time.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Details</span><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Pattern - Days </span></p>\n<p>Reporting to: Site Leader<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>1. Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plastic injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment (e.g., chillers, robots, granulators &amp; air compressors).</li>\n<li>Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including PLCs, control systems, and other electronic subsystems.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>2.Electrical Focus</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and maintain electrical systems critical to production processes.</li>\n<li>Implement upgrades or modifications to improve equipment performance.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards for all electrical work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>3. Operational Efficiency<br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with production teams to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.</li>\n<li>Develop strategies to improve the reliability and safety of machinery and processes.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using digital tools.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>4.Reporting</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit detailed daily activity reports outlining tasks completed, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.</li>\n<li>Provide weekly improvement progress reports highlighting areas of success, challenges faced, and plans for further enhancement.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>5.
