    "description": "<h2>Job Details</h2>\n<p>Kettering Health Main Campus l Kettering l Full-time l Days</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities & Requirements</h2>\n<p>Medical Education Program Coordinator position duties include, but are not limited to the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of intern and resident rotations</li>\n <li>Coordinate and resolve issues with interns and residents in relation primarily to schedules</li>\n <li>Ensure the upkeep of files (applications and interviews) and all required logs and paperwork</li>\n <li>Maintain appropriate documentation to meet AOA requirements</li>\n <li>Assist with revision of manuals pertaining to internship and residency</li>\n <li>Oversees graduation events</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate degree in relevant field</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in related areas of equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Extensive knowledge of productivity software, including database management</li>\n <li>5 years of office experience</li>\n <li>Must be able to effectively communicate with department directors, faculty, residents, applicants, employees and the general public.</li>\n <li>Good assessment and planning skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree</li>\n <li>Previous supervisory experience</li>\n <li>Graduate medical education experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
