Patients are often managing pain or recovery and require continuous guidance and motivation to stay engaged in their treatment plan. The clinic also offers treatment packages that are not always covered by insurance, which requires clear communication and trust building. The environment is fast paced, service oriented, and highly focused on patient experience and conversion. About the Role: This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, patient scheduling, and overall patient experience while also supporting sales oriented conversations to ensure patients remain engaged and committed to their treatment plans. The coordinator will handle scheduling, follow ups, and communication with both new and existing patients to reduce cancellations and improve attendance rates. In addition, the role includes explaining treatment value and supporting the conversion of patients into ongoing care plans and additional service packages. The position also includes administrative support such as collecting payments at the time of service and maintaining accurate records using Google tools and internal systems. This is a part time role requiring consistency, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to patient engagement.
