Assist in the maintenance of the outlet area and equipment.</span></p>\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n <p><span><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES:</u></strong></span></p>\n <ul>\n  <li><span>Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available.</span>\n   <ul>\n    <li><span>Maintain complete knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons and drunk driving.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, proper table set ups, room capacity, hours of operation, menus, and price range.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment only as intended.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies and service procedures.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Maintain complete knowledge of Micros and manual systems.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Complete opening side duties:</span></li>\n    <li><span>Fold/stack cocktail napkins.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Stock swizzle sticks, straws, and matches.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Line cocktail trays.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Stock glassware.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Restock supply cabinet.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Greet guests and take their orders (food and beverage), utilizing suggestive/up selling techniques.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Input orders into system and ensure transmission is verified by Bartender/Kitchen.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Retrieve orders from designated areas and serve to guest's.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond accurately to any guest inquiry.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Handle guest complaints following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of tables, service areas and outlet itself.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Remove soiled wares from tables to dishwashing area.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Adhere to all cash handling and credit policies/procedures.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Clean and reset tables immediately after guests depart.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Complete closing side duties:</span></li>\n    <li><span>Properly store all reusable goods.</span></li>\n    <li><span>Remove all items from tables;
