    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBNILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in South Texas primarily with possible rotational schedule&nbsp;in West Texas. Schedule will be a 14/14 or 10/4.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with customer field representatives to effectively execute NOV Frac operations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Facilitate onboarding of NOV Frac products across all basins in the US.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide field technical support to customers for NOV Frac products.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist with development and implementation of new product offerings, i.e., gathering information, field implementation strategies, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Initiate incident investigations, report up in a timely manner, and partake in devising a solution.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>When on location, observe the condition of all NOV equipment, and report any deficiencies accordingly.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Conduct field installations and calibrations of sensors and systems.</li>\n <li>Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate the system.</li>\n <li>Maintain the highest level of professionalism and work with honesty and integrity, maintaining customer service.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Another duty, responsibility, or task assigned by manager.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>AA Degree and/or equivalent education with 5+ years’ experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Wireline, Fishing, Coil or Completion Tools equivalent: 5+ years preferred.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of oil and gas field components, including software and hardware.</li>\n <li>Strong technical background working with downhole tools utilized in pump down operations, including wireline setting tools, frac plugs, and perforating guns.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work in all basin regions in the US.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Available to work weekends and holidays as needed to support customer field operations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Pneumatic and hydraulic background preferred.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.</li>\n <li>Electrical background preferred.</li>\n <li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Initiative-taking and meticulous.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Leadership skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to lead and assist other techs and colleagues.</li>\n <li>Bi-lingual preferred but not required.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must pass a national background check and a motor vehicle report.</li>\n</ul>",
