          "text": "<p>Reporting to the Associate Director, Investor Operations, a list of your responsibilities will include:</p><p>· Support the quality control review process of daily deliverables following company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration, dealing, reporting and cash</p><p>· Be a main contact for daily client inquiries and deliverables within your team, striving to complete deliverables within Service level agreements, escalate any client or deliverable issues where required and appropriate</p><p>· Prepare ad hoc deliverables as defined in the service level agreements.</p><p>· Respond to queries from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard, and provide assistance and guidance to the team members in query responses</p><p>· Through experience, provide guidance to colleagues within the team in daily tasks, processes and deliverables</p><p>· Participate in regular team check-in meetings/calls sharing information, ideas and supporting colleagues in a positive team culture</p><p>· Support management in department initiatives, projects, risk mitigation</p><p>· Support and Promote MUFG's core values of Trust, Challenge &amp; Empowerment, Passion for Clients and Openness and Honesty</p>",
