The Trainer and all employees at S&amp;S Activewear and all employees must adhere to the guidelines presented in the S&amp;S Activewear Employee Handbook.</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">SCHEDULE &amp; COMPENSATION</span></strong></p><p>Monday - Friday, Full-time, non-exempt</p><p>$17.50 hourly</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">BENEFITS</span></strong></p><p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your life, health, and future. Join a company that invests in you from day one.</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">WHAT YOU WILL DO</span></strong></p><ul><li>Training and development of warehouse staff by teaching and enforcing SOP&#39;s</li><li>Responsible for stock chaser/ Equipment training and Certification safety and operation.</li><li>Provide the company tour to new employees</li><li>Responsible for Evaluate / Audit employees in training and communicate issues ASAP.</li><li>Identify training needs and communicate them to the training coordinator</li><li>Troubleshoot issues with tablets.</li><li>Document the training by completing all required paperwork</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li><li>Act professionally and remain focused while working</li><li>Safely operate all warehouse equipment</li><li>Perform cleaning activities as required</li><li>Follow and promote all safety rules, maintain a safe warehouse.</li><li>Maintain a positive attitude</li><li>Additional responsibilities as assigned by management</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">WHAT WE&#39;RE LOOKING FOR</span></strong></p><ul><li>Must be in good standing</li><li>Excellent attendance and performance</li><li>Training experience of 2 years in a team-oriented workplace, preferred.</li><li>Good interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills</li><li>Ability to communicate and explain processes effectively</li><li>Ability to read and speak English&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to coach and develop team members to achieve company goals</li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>People oriented</li><li>Detail oriented</li><li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime when required</li><li>Bilingual preferred but not required</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED</span></strong></p><p>Must be able to wear proper safety equipment (safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment.</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></strong></p><p>In performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs.
