Effectively communicates with all team members, physicians, ancillary staff and all customers.</li>\n <li>Complies with all policies and procedures, and guides team members with compliance<strong>. </strong>Maintains a safe and clean environment. Compiles with all safety goals, infection prevention and risk management policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Iowa.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>License(s)/Certification(s):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain certification within three (3) months from date of hire. </li>\n <li>Must obtain and maintain NIHSS education prior to end of orientation and complete every 2 years </li>\n <li>Completion of eight hours of strokeeducation prior to the end of orientation and annually</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Writes, reads, comprehends and speaks fluent English.</li>\n <li>Multicultural sensitivity.</li>\n <li>Microsoft Office – basic computer skills.</li>\n <li>Customer/patient focused. </li>\n <li>Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
