In this role, you’ll play a critical part in how electrical distribution, substation, and transmission networks are visualized, validated, and automated—directly supporting grid reliability and modernization initiatives.</p>\n<p>If you enjoy solving complex system challenges, working with ADMS/SCADA models, and collaborating across GIS, engineering, and operations teams, this is a high-impact opportunity built for you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s in It for You?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> <strong>Meaningful Impact</strong> – Your work directly supports safe, reliable electrical distribution and grid modernization</li>\n <li><strong>Advanced Technology Exposure</strong> – Work hands-on with SCADA, ADMS, EcoStruxure, and GIS-integrated environments</li>\n <li><strong>Autonomy & Trust</strong> – Fully remote role with ownership over complex modeling and validation work</li>\n <li><strong>Collaboration</strong> – Partner with GIS, field, automation, and testing teams across the utility ecosystem</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your Role & Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Build, maintain, and enhance SCADA network displays for distribution, substation, and transmission views</li>\n <li>Complete SCADA mapping for electrical distribution devices including elbows, reclosers, switches, transformers, and feeders</li>\n <li>Create, validate, and maintain internal views, one-line composite views, and distribution automation models</li>\n <li>Analyze and validate auto-generated network and substation views</li>\n <li>Import GIS data, troubleshoot data errors, and define cleanup scope for GIS teams</li>\n <li>Support testing and commissioning of new devices, including point-to-point testing</li>\n <li>Develop and manage symbols and symbol profiles within ADMS</li>\n <li>Facilitate integration of additional data feeds into ADMS (load profiles, customer data, etc.)</li>\n <li>Analyze, validate, and promote model changes into the ADMS network</li>\n <li>Manage non-telemetered points including catalogs, tags, and notes</li>\n <li>Provide clear issue reporting, documentation, and cross-team communication</li>\n <li>Review and guide the work of less experienced team members</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills & Experience You Should Possess</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> 8+ years of experience in SCADA, ADMS, or utility network modeling environments</li>\n <li>Strong experience with electrical distribution systems and devices</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of electrical terminology (voltage, frequency, feeders, protection, etc.)</li>\n <li>Proven experience building and validating SCADA or ADMS network models</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across GIS and SCADA data</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus Points If You Have</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Hands-on experience with <strong>EcoStruxure ADMS</strong></li>\n <li>Utility or energy sector background (electric distribution or transmission)</li>\n <li>Experience supporting distribution automation initiatives</li>\n <li>Prior involvement in commissioning and field testing activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education & Certifications You Need</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, GIS, MIS, Engineering, or a closely related discipline</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p>At <strong>Trissential</strong>, we believe great work happens when talented people are supported, trusted, and rewarded.
