          "text": "<p>The APU Operator I is responsible for the packaging of molded and/or assembled components per company and customer specifications&#xa0;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Operate Molding, Assembly or packaging equipment as required per Product specifications. &#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Package &amp; label product per customer specification &#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Perform visual inspection to identify gross defects and confirm product meets customer specifications&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Report identified visual defects to Cell Leader&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Enter daily production and scrap data into BMS &#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Complete production and workstation documentation as required &#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Move products to designated areas in WIP/ airlocks&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Order components through SAP from warehouse, scan WIP components with RF gun (Cell Lead Duties)&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Supply assembly machines with components (Cell Lead Duties)&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Completion of LRPs, including opening and closing of lots, ensuring all paperwork is mistake free. &#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Maintain clean workspace and 5S Standards in work area daily/weekly/monthly&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Maintain Lean initiatives and participate in lean projects &#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Provide suggestions and take active role in Process Improvements to eliminate non-value-added activity &#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety &#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Requirements, Continuous Improvement, GMP and standard work procedures &#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul>",
