Duties involve but are not limited to maintaining the ski area, snowmaking, running the lifts, maintaining the grounds, mowing, trimming, and raking</span><span style=\"color:#222222;\">. &nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:12.65pt;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;background:white;'><span style=\"color:black;\">Applicants must be able to lift 75 pounds, manage workflow, commit to excellence, have high standards, understand written and verbal instructions, be computer literate, and have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:12.65pt;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;background:white;'><span style=\"color:black;\">Very generous benefits package including 401(k) plan with employer match after 1 year, health and dental insurance, life and AD&amp;D insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability.
