font-size: 15px\">A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">A New Jersey Department of Education History Certificate, Certificate of Eligibility (CE), or Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS).</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 15px\">THE ROLE:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Analyzing all prescribed texts and resources to develop quality lesson plans and curricula.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Collaborating with fellow teachers and learning from their methods, teaching strategies, and classroom management techniques.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Delivering engaging History lessons on different periods, movements, and other historical events and figures.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Grading exams, tests, quizzes, assignments, and presentations, and contacting parents and other faculty members to discuss concerns and schedule interventions.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Sourcing guest speakers and organizing events and educational field trips.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Keeping abreast of current events/movements and using these themes to keep historical content relevant.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Ensuring all curriculum, school, and state requirements are met.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Providing extra support to struggling students and additional resources to those who display exceptional interest in History.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Using digital technology to improve learning and keep accurate student records.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Constantly expanding educational networks and participating in workshops, lectures, and other learning opportunities.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d;
