    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The FP&amp;A Analyst supports data-driven decision making by delivering timely reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to leadership and cross-functional partners. This role also supports planning processes and Oracle EPM administration, while helping modernize FP&amp;A workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).</p><p>The compensation for this role will be commensurate with education and/or experience.</p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepares and distributes recurring financial reporting packages (monthly, quarterly, annual), ensuring accuracy and consistency of key financial metrics.</li><li>Supports budgeting and forecasting cycles, including data collection, template management, validation, and consolidation of inputs across stakeholders.</li><li>Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to understand performance trends, risks, and opportunities; deliver insights that support business decisions.</li><li>Serves as day-to-day administrator for Oracle EPM Planning, supporting system governance, user access/security, and environment maintenance.</li><li>Maintains planning structures, templates, forms, and metadata within Oracle EPM to support forecasting and budgeting processes.</li><li>Leverages AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance financial analysis, accelerate reporting, and improve the quality of insights.</li><li>Performs ad hoc analyses to address business questions and support operational and strategic decisions.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Need For Success:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.</li><li>MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.</li><li>2+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role (or equivalent combination of education and experience).</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis); PowerPoint proficiency for management-ready materials.</li><li>Experience with ERP and financial planning systems; Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) or similar solutions experience preferred.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You'll Get In Return:</strong></p><ul><li>Generous salary and bonus program(s)</li><li>Low-cost Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance</li><li>Retirement plan with employer matching contributions</li><li>Attractive vacation programs</li><li>Inclusive Group Life insurance</li><li>Supportive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that allows for covered behavioral health visits</li><li>Rewarding employee referral program</li><li>Valuable employee training program(s)</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>#LI-AK1<br><br>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
