We believe in the individuals, families and employees who are part of our organization and that opportunities can and should be created through all of our actions.</p>\n\n<p>RISE is in a search to hire a dedicated Trainer Specialist to provide guidance and coaching to the Directors, Coordinators and their direct and indirect reports while implementing RISE Mission, Vision, and Values.</p>\n\n<p>Training Specialist Responsibilities:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Acts as liaison between teams to assist in the identification of program issues, determine best practices solutions and organize resources to address issues</li>\n\t<li>Works with management team to identify issues and formulate necessary quality improvement training</li>\n\t<li>Recommends specific solutions and training necessary to maintain quality standards</li>\n\t<li>Facilitates corrective and preventive actions as needed</li>\n\t<li>Performs quality audits for all RISE facilities in Arizona</li>\n\t<li>Coach, train and mentor employees, providing positive input and team building based on respect, cooperation, and competency</li>\n\t<li>Maintain and manage the state training calendar, state training reports, training OLCR portal compliance</li>\n\t<li>Assist district leadership when backlogged on trainings for staff</li>\n\t<li>Oversee onboarding and vetting of all new trainers with assist from district leadership</li>\n\t<li>Facilitate all new supervisor trainings, and advance principles of supervision</li>\n\t<li>Expert and advice on all training requirements from stakeholders and contracts</li>\n</ul>",
