This role supports overall property appearance through tasks such as pool maintenance, landscaping, and general repairs. All duties are performed using company-provided materials and equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.<br><br><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></span></p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Trash Cleanup:</strong> Clean and maintain trash areas, including dumpsters, to ensure a neat and presentable appearance at all times.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Pool Maintenance:</strong> Arrange furniture and trash receptacles in pool areas.
