hiring <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">one to two Mechanical Engineer</span>s to improve and evolve the manufacturing systems that power our speed, precision, and scalability.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a manufacturing engineering role focused on process improvement, equipment implementation, automation support, and production optimization — not product design R&amp;D.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Level, scope of responsibility, and compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, technical depth, and demonstrated ability to independently execute projects of increasing complexity.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Depending on your experience and demonstrated capability, you may join us at one of three levels:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span engineers</li>\n<li>Assist in tooling and fixture design</li>\n<li>Collect and analyze production data</li>\n<li>Participate in structured experiments and process trials</li>\n<li>Learn equipment upgrades</li>\n<li>Run structured experiments and confirm results with data</li>\n<li>Diagnose root causes with limited oversight</li>\n<li>Improve throughput, repeatability, and operational
