          "text": "<p><strong>The Program Director's caseload will involve programs located in the Baraboo &amp; Lyndon Station areas, occasional travel to Madison is required.</strong></p><p><strong>Lead High-Impact Behavioral Programs. As a Program Director, you will lead residential programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities alongside complex behavioral and mental health needs.</p><p>This is not a traditional group home leadership role. This is an opportunity for a strong, hands-on leader who thrives in high-acuity environments, can confidently guide teams through crisis situations, and is passionate about person-centered, trauma-informed care.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and oversee residential programs, including high-acuity behavioral homes (AFH settings)</li><li>Supervise, coach, and develop teams of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)</li><li>Drive implementation of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and partner on Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)</li><li>Provide leadership during crisis situations, ensuring safe, consistent, and compliant responses</li><li>Collaborate with families, case managers, and clinical teams to ensure quality care</li><li>Manage program operations including staffing, budgets, and compliance</li><li>Train new and existing staff on behavioral interventions, safety protocols, and best practices</li><li>Conduct performance management, including coaching, evaluations, and disciplinary action as needed</li><li>Participate in an on-call rotation, supporting both traditional and behavioral programs</li></ul><p>Work Environment and Office Hours:&#xa0;</p><p>This position is in-office, providing site supervision for direct care staff. This role involves typical office hours, Monday through Friday, full-time. Additionally, the Program Director must have a flexible schedule with the ability to be on-call during the on-call rotation (this includes weekends and odd hours).&#xa0;</p><p>Travel to Madison is required.&#xa0;</p>",

          "text": "<p><strong>What Makes You a Strong Fit</strong></p><p>We’re looking for leaders who are confident, experienced, and ready to step into complex environments:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field preferred</li><li>2+ years of leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management</li><li>Required or strongly preferred:<ul><li>Experience supporting individuals with co-occurring developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses</li><li>At least one-year, hands-on experience with behavioral interventions and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)</li><li>Proven ability to manage crisis situations, de-escalation, and high-risk behaviors</li></ul></li><li>Experience in residential, group home, or behavioral health settings highly preferred</li><li>Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and acceptable driving record</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
