Grow Here.</strong>&quot;<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining various equipment according to specifications.&nbsp;<br><strong><br>&nbsp;KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform general service, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on clutch, brake, transmission, suspension, tires, electrical, etc. on heavy agricultural and construction equipment as well as light duty cars and trucks.</li><li>Obtain certification and perform onsite DOT inspections periodically at Agtegra locations &ndash; Agtegra will train.</li><li>Operates and maintains equipment in a safe and proper manner.</li><li>Possessing a general knowledge of all products and services.</li><li>Assisting in maintenance and cleanliness of facility, equipment and grounds</li><li>Greeting and communicating with customers in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Adheres to all safety regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, including OSHA regulations, the vehicle policy and fleet safety program and DOT regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Diploma/GED or 0-1 year related experience; or combination of education and experience.</li><li>Technical School Degree in related field of study and/or two years of related experience and/or training.</li><li>CDL or valid driver&rsquo;s license with the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License; Class A CDL preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be 18 years or older.</li><li>English Proficiency.</li><li>Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in confined spaces.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work overtime including weekends.</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
