The applicant needs to be a team player and be willing to work closely with the service staff. Must ensure that we provide positive dealership experience. We offer competitive salary, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401k with company match.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Answer inbound and outbound service customer calls.</li><li>Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.</li><li>Provide customers with initial product information &amp; direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.</li><li>Schedule customer service appointments</li><li>Participate in team &amp; process development sessions &ndash; keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>At least one previous role is based in strong customer service experience.</li><li>Team player attitude</li><li>Prompt and courteous</li><li>Enthusiastic personality</li><li>Must have strong computer skills.</li><li>Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check &amp; drug screen.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
