This position requires reliability and open communication with the branch team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong>:</p><ul><li>Sort and organize incoming parts orders from vendors or as they come off technician trucks.</li><li>Keep track of incoming orders; providing updates to Parts Manager when asked.</li><li>Controlling parts inventory to correct level to ensure minimum out-of-stocks on key service replacement parts.</li><li>Supply all purchase order paperwork to management.</li><li>Verify receipt of all ordered items with management.</li><li>Deliver parts as needed to remote techs and/or remote warehouse (driving company vehicle, DOT driver file completion required)</li><li>Assist with quarterly physical inventory counts.</li><li>Coordinate all product returns.</li><li>Attend all internal pre-con meetings to discuss projects needs as they relate to parts, equipment, and materials requirement, as well as required delivery schedules.</li><li>Notify installation/service/electrical manager of proposed delivery dates and any specific handling requirements.</li><li>Work with office manager or service manager to assist with invoicing customers for parts, equipment and installation projects.</li><li>Assist with customers and internal salesman as to parts and equipment applications and provide information resources.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.<br></li></ul>",

Successful candidates should be able to lift 40 pounds, walk across the warehouse without stopping, operate a forklift safely to move parts and inventory, and be able to stand for an extended period of time.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:</strong></p><p>This is a full-time position.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Travel:<br/></strong>Travel may involve day trips for deliveries, returning the same day, driving a company vehicle.
