You’ll lead and develop a team of therapists, partner cross-functionally with operations and academic staff, and ensure that every aspect of care aligns with Embark’s standards of excellence.</p>\n<p>This is a highly visible leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on clinical expertise.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3><strong>Clinical Leadership & Oversight</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide vision and direction for the clinical program, ensuring alignment with Chrysalis' model and best practices</li>\n <li>Maintain the highest standards of clinical care, safety, and ethical practice</li>\n <li>Oversee assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Team Development & Supervision</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of clinicians</li>\n <li>Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and professional development</li>\n <li>Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Program Development & Quality Assurance</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement through data, outcomes, and innovation</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards</li>\n <li>Partner with leadership to evaluate and evolve program offerings</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Family Engagement & Client Outcomes</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Champion strong family systems work and engagement</li>\n <li>Support clinicians in delivering impactful, relationship-centered care</li>\n <li>Monitor and enhance client progress and successful transitions</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate closely with Executive Director, Program Director, Academic leadership, and operations teams</li>\n <li>Contribute to overall campus culture, staff engagement, and program success</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Master’s</strong> or <strong>Doctoral </strong>degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field</li>\n <li>Active clinical licensure in the State of Montana (<strong>LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, Psychologist</strong>, or equivalent)\n  <ul>\n   <li><em>Candidates must be prepared to establish a <strong>CAQH</strong> profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (<strong>NPI</strong>) as part of the onboarding process.</em></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>5+ years of clinical experience, including work with adolescents</li>\n <li>Leadership experience, including supervising clinicians and managing teams</li>\n <li>Strong background in family systems, trauma-informed care, and experiential/relational approaches</li>\n <li>Proven ability to balance clinical excellence with operational leadership</li>\n <li>Passion for working in a residential or milieu-based setting</li>\n <li>Must hold an active and good standing State of Montana Driver's License</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to an established Mastery Program that offers professional and financial opportunities for professional growth.</li>\n <li>Eligible for Management Incentive Plan (MIP) bonuses.</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance – Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.</li>\n <li>Paid Parental Leave – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.</li>\n <li>Life & Disability Coverage – Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.</li>\n <li>401(k) with Company Match – Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.</li>\n <li>PTO & Holidays – Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Free, confidential support for life’s challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Chrysalis is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. </strong>We are committed to enriching the therapeutic and healing experience we offer through the diversity of our employees and community.
