          "text": "<p>This role is responsible for testing medium voltage products including electrical Switchgear, Switchboards, Panelboards, Breaker’s and MCC’s. The Electrical Testing Technician ensures that products meet the industry standards and client specifications.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties/Responsibilities</strong></p><p><em>The following list of responsibilities is not all inclusive, additional projects and/or tasks may be assigned to meet operational needs. DVM retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position should operational needs warrant.</em></p><ul><li>Strong ability to test low and medium voltage products including electrical Switchgear, Switchboards, Panelboards, Breaker’s and MCC’s.</li><li>Ability to work closely with Engineering and identify issues with electrical drawings.</li><li>Ability to follow ITP’s and perform FAT’s.</li><li>Maintain Repair/Calibration database.</li><li>Job entries &amp; maintenance of records on database including associated paperwork and time tracking.</li><li>Prepare detailed service and failure records.</li><li>Ability to meet project deadlines and strong focus on customers.</li><li>Ability to train others and manage teams in varied settings.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Validating/correcting existing technical documents including test procedures</li><li>Capable of managing technical tasks with minimal supervision, technical information, and documentation.</li><li>Possess strong analytical skills and ability to interpret schematics.</li><li>Proficient in using computer systems (such as Microsoft Office)</li><li>Possess strong interpersonal skills, and communication skills (written and oral) to convey technical findings/issues/topics to corresponding parties.</li><li>Willingness to train personnel, oversee teams and perform as part of a team.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Technical college education or equivalent formal training in Electrical Engineering Technologies,</li><li>Possess CET/CTech or Electrician’s/ Journeyman designation/license.</li><li>Proven experience with low and medium voltage equipment</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in testing, troubleshooting &amp; failure analysis of electrical equipment</li><li>Sound theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience on electrical testing including ability to use High Pot test Set, Current Injector, Megger insulation resistance meter, Multi Meter, Relay Test Set, Corona test Set</li><li>Satisfactory completion of additional background screening.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Safety glasses and equipment for daily use. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn, and this can be obtained from the DVM Fastenal cabinet.</li><li>Hand protection, either cut resistant gloves or Leather work gloves as appropriate.</li><li>Hearing protection when required. Earmuffs assigned by safety office for fabrication area.</li><li>Steel or Composite toe boots or shoes for daily use will be purchased by the Technician. Reimbursement may be requested for one pair once a year.</li><li>Physical exertion may vary depending on position type. May be required to regularly stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, frequently stand or walk around the work area, and lift or move objects up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Assembling may involve manipulating small parts and using hand tools. Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity are essential for this job. Comfortable with occasional repetitive motions.</li><li>Must be able to follow instructions and stay alert to potential hazards on the shop floor.</li><li>Must be able to access and navigate each department at the assigned facilities.</li><li>Manufacturing facilities can be loud and have bright lights. Subjective to seasonal weather conditions (hot in summer and cold in winter months).</li><li>Must be able to access and navigate each department at the assigned facilities.</li><li>Availability for travel between local facilities (North Wales &amp; West Chester, PA).</li></ul>",
