The Night Auditor serves as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns during overnight hours.</p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Audit and verify Hotel Clerk transactions to ensure compliance with established procedures and accuracy of all postings</li><li>Post room charges and applicable taxes for all occupied rooms and close the hotel day in the property management system</li><li>Analyze hotel availability and collaborate with Hosts to optimize room occupancy through strategic room assignments</li><li>Access and utilize LMS, RMS, and CMS systems to make informed decisions regarding complimentary, discounted, and full-rate room assignments</li><li>Communicate with Executive Hosts regarding guest stays, special requests, and room status updates</li><li>Partner with Marketing, Player Development, and Food &amp; Beverage departments to facilitate reservations for special events, gaming tournaments, parties, and food outlet services</li><li>Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, casino operations, and community information with professionalism and accuracy</li><li>Maintain comprehensive knowledge of room rates, room types, availability, hotel policies, and operational procedures</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
