The successful candidate will be responsible for providing anesthetics to patients for surgery and intensive care. The post holder will care for patients before, during, and after surgery, ensuring they are safe and comfortable. The post holder will also be expected to act autonomously, with responsibility for all patients within the procedures established by Doctors Hospital.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications / Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Six years’ experience as an anaesthetist with a degree in medicine</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Board certified, or equivalent, in anesthesia and critical care practice</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in community-based hospitals following residency training or internship</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to obtain privileges to practice at Doctors Hospital, recognized by the Medical and Dental Council of the Cayman Islands</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Registered with the Medical and Dental Council of the Cayman Islands</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to obtain and maintain malpractice insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Appropriate knowledge base and ability to apply sound clinical judgment to problems</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This position may include weekends, public holidays, and emergency duties.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
