Description

Recruiter ProCo / AICA Orthopedics is looking for an experienced recruiter to support our growing healthcare organization across 21 locations in metro Atlanta. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for clinical, administrative, and corporate positions, with emphasis on efficient pipeline management and quality candidate delivery. What You'll Accomplish High-Volume Recruiting Execution Manage 20-25 active requisitions across clinical support, revenue cycle, and administrative functions Source, screen, and qualify candidates through high-volume applicant channels Maintain consistent candidate communication with 24-48 hour response time for qualified applicants Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate experience through offer acceptance Adapt requisition priorities based on evolving business needs and hiring urgency Hiring Process Management Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and success criteria Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments using structured interview guides Present qualified candidate slates with clear hiring recommendations Track and report weekly recruiting metrics including pipeline status and time-to-fill Build and maintain recruiting dashboards in Excel to provide data-driven insights on pipeline health Quality & Efficiency Support 90-day new hire retention goals through accurate candidate assessment Maintain organized candidate tracking and documentation in ATS Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement Collaborate closely with HR team, hiring managers, and department leaders on shifting priorities Identify process improvements to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality standards Qualifications & Skills Required Experience 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or high-volume environments Demonstrated ability to manage 20+ concurrent requisitions effectively Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced settings Proven ability to prioritize effectively in dynamic, growth-oriented environments What Makes Candidates Successful Efficient at screening high volumes of applicants to identify qualified candidates quickly Clear communicator who keeps hiring managers and candidates informed throughout process Stays flexible and positive when priorities shift, maintaining quality without losing momentum Thrives in collaborative environments where cross-functional partnership drives results Comfortable working independently while collaborating with team on priorities Practical problem-solver who finds solutions rather than creating obstacles Uses data to inform decisions and communicate recruiting performance effectively Track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting targets in previous roles Preferred Experience recruiting for healthcare roles (clinical support, medical office, revenue cycle, corporate, mid level providers) Familiarity with Paylocity ATS platform Knowledge of Atlanta healthcare recruiting market Experience building recruiting reports and metrics dashboards Why Join AICA Performance-based bonus structure tied to hiring goals Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Collaborative HR team environment with clear role expectations Opportunity to impact organizational growth through effective talent acquisition Dynamic environment where your adaptability and insights directly influence business outcomes Work Environment This position requires strong multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.
