This role performs hands-on maintenance work and assists management by coordinating daily work activities, prioritizing service requests, and ensuring all work meets resort standards.</span></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%;\"><strong>Major Job Duties / Responsibilities</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%;\">Inspect the property to identify units, systems, or areas requiring maintenance or repair and report work needed to Management.</span></span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%;\">Serve as a working lead, assisting with prioritizing service requests and helping to establish daily work schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.</span></span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;
