Should be ready to work in shifts\n How You'll Help Us Connect the World:\n Executing PMs as per schedule.\n Attending and closing break down calls & keeping the breakdown time under control.\n Controlling MTBF & MTTR\n Escalating any pending jobs to higher ups.\n Following all the safety norms and ensuring no norms are violated in any process.\n Maintaining 5S standards of the highest level.\n Keeping track of spare consumption and highlighting any deviations.\n Adherence to all compliances\n Maintain maximum uptime of the machinery\n Quick troubleshooting on equipment\n Maintaining highest standards of 5S and safety\n Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives.\n Able to work in 3 shifts (rotational)\n Able to work with Gearbox, Bearings, Pneumatics, Motors, Lubrication\n Able to develop/modify machine, tools, fixtures\n Required Qualifications for Consideration:\n BE in Electronics/ Electrical / Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering with  1-3 years of work experience\n Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical / Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering with  3-5 years of work experience\n Experience in Installation, Commissioning, PM & breakdown of Equipment’s, Fiber optic/cable machinery and related auxiliary equipment.\n Should have undergone courses in electrical control systems & industrial automation.\n Should have sound understanding of hydraulic & pneumatic systems.\n Capability to independently handle the shift for the above activities.\n Programming of PLCs, drives.\n Basics of Fiber Optics\n High level of skill and knowledge in manufacturing/production environment with demonstrated ability to function in a leadership role.\n Very good interpersonal and communication skills.\n You Will Excite Us If You Have:\n Ability to work to tight time schedules and deadlines and meet changing demands, required by management.\n Should have good presentation & excel skills\n SAP knowledge would be an added advantage\n Solid Works and AutoCAD knowledge\n PLC and Drive Programming would be added advantage\n Kaizen understanding & implementation\n What Happens After You Apply:\n Learn how to prepare yourself for the next steps in our hiring process by visiting https://jobs.commscope.com/content/How-We-Hire/?locale=en_US\n Why CommScope?\n CommScope is on a quest to deliver connectivity that empowers how we live, work, and learn.
