You will work with clients in our WorkSafeBC (Return to Work), Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Intensive Outpatient, and Flex programs, while collaborating with members of the clinic’s multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes. <span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 15px\">Accountabilities</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Provide individual trauma therapy.</span></li>\n<li>Conduct efficient and effective clinical client assessments (mental health history, risk assessment, trauma, and activities of daily living).</li>\n<li>Facilitate psychoeducation groups (based on ACT, In-Vivo Exposure, sleep education, DBT skills, mindfulness, and other psychoeducation topics).</li>\n<li>Provide resource-based interventions, case management and coordination, transition, or discharge planning occasionally.</li>\n<li>Assist in grounding and reflection post-psychopharmacological treatment rarely.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate expertise and skills to support clients presenting with:\n<ul>\n<li>Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)</li>\n<li>Major Depressive Disorder</li>\n<li>Personality disorders</li>\n<li>Psychological injury</li>\n<li>Chronic pain management</li>\n<li>Return to work barriers</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;
