In this role, you will drive capital projects, process improvements, and new product introductions and transitions while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and operational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across U.S. and Mexico sites to deliver consistent, efficient, and high-impact results.</p><p><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects, including equipment installations, process improvements, and new product introductions and transitions</li><li>Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables</li><li>Ensure alignment with plant operations, safety, and production schedules</li><li>Apply continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive efficiency and reduce waste</li><li>Use data to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions</li><li>Track and communicate project performance across cost, quality, delivery, and safety metrics</li><li>Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS teams</li><li>Coordinate activities across multiple manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Mexico</li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks impacting safety, quality, and production</li><li>Manage project budgets, including capital expenditures and ROI tracking</li><li>Provide clear updates to stakeholders and senior leadership</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Who You Are:</strong><br>You analyze situations by asking the right questions and using data to guide decisions. You consistently deliver on commitments and navigate complex organizations to drive results.
