They will be responsible for resolution of department charge capture issues, conducts charge capture testing to ensure revenue capture and performs audits to ensure charge integrity. The Charge Capture Coordinator also provides ongoing education to clinical staff regarding documentation requirements and/or deficiencies that impacts the ability to accurately capture charges.
