The primary responsibilities of a Floor Hand include but are not limited to assisting in rigging up and rigging down, pulling, and laying down rods, tubing and casing, and other functions specified by the Rig Supervisor or other designated individual. All duties are performed in a specified fashion to maximize the safety of the entire crew while meeting customer expectations.",
