If you are committed to helping students achieve academic success and preparing them for college and career opportunities, we encourage you to apply.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For more information about our schools please visit the following Social Media pages: YouTube, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter! </p>\n<p>Please also see the available salary scales: FPCS Compensation</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide direct support for teaching of face to face, online, and hybrid classes;</li>\n <li>Provide teaching models during live and recorded workshops and presentations;</li>\n <li>Co-plan lessons and units with teachers;</li>\n <li>Co-teach lessons;</li>\n <li>Provide real-time coaching;</li>\n <li>Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of support and adjust work according to the outcomes;</li>\n <li>Facilitate data talks;</li>\n <li>Provide differentiated professional development for teachers, departments, grade levels and school;</li>\n <li>Support teachers in setting goals and developing action plans for success;</li>\n <li>Participate on the school leadership team;</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the community office to support and provide learning related to system initiatives;</li>\n <li>Develop teacher comprehension of curriculum materials;</li>\n <li>Support teachers with tracking student learning and record keeping;</li>\n <li>Provide best practices and targeted professional development focused on supporting students with disabilities;</li>\n <li>Provide lesson plan support with targeted and specific feedback;</li>\n <li>Provide targeted and specific observation feedback;</li>\n <li>Assist teachers in identifying and acquiring resources;</li>\n <li>Develop assessments for the department;</li>\n <li>Support administrators with diagnosing school-wide problems and develop action plans for success;</li>\n <li>Support content departments with diagnosing problems and develop action plans for success;</li>\n <li>Designs and provides training to instructional leaders to build their knowledge and skills to lead their teams/department;</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable regarding relevant effective instructional practices;</li>\n <li>Review recent literature and research studies and reports; and</li>\n <li>Develop curriculum for school, departments and grade levels.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in the role preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in the content area.
