BRF maintains its headquarters and a manufacturing facility in Macedon, New York; with a Culinary Innovation Center in Westmont, Illinois; and offices and manufacturing facilities in Williamson, New York; Pennsauken, New Jersey; and Corona, California. <strong>This role will be based in our manufacturing facility&nbsp;</strong><strong>in Macedon, NY.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>WHAT WE NEED</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The role of the Maintenance Process Lead is to implement, maintain and continuously improve the Maintenance Work Planning &amp; Scheduling program for their assigned line(s) which ensures the lines are not constrained due to the lack of technical capability or knowledge. The role provides a continuity link to other preventative maintenance systems or processes, and across other line teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance processes, preventative maintenance programs, an analytical approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preventative Maintenance Planning &amp; Execution:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all production equipment and machinery.</li><li>Schedule regular inspections, servicing, and maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime and prevent operational disruptions.</li><li>Create and maintain detailed maintenance logs and records for all machinery and equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with production teams to ensure minimal disruption during scheduled maintenance activities.</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Process Improvement &amp; Optimization:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for improving reliability and efficiency.</li><li>Work with maintenance and engineering teams to implement process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize machinery performance.</li><li>Identify and address recurring equipment failures or inefficiencies through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Adjust the annual PM calendar as appropriate.&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Maintenance Technician</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>As needed to determine changes to PM programs and perform root cause analysis, will perform preventative maintenance on equipment.&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Compliance &amp; Safety:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.</li><li>Promote and support safety initiatives in the workplace, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed in a safe manner.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of safety audits and assessments as required.</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Documentation &amp; Reporting:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment condition, spare parts usage, and service history.</li><li>Generate detailed reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics for management review.</li><li>Recommend and assist in the procurement of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed to support preventative maintenance efforts.</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to ensure the continuity of operations.</li><li>Provide training to maintenance staff and operators on best practices for equipment upkeep and preventative maintenance.</li><li>Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and process improvements.</li></ul></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate&rsquo;s degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A minimum of five (5) years of experience in preventative maintenance in a manufacturing setting or role.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar software to schedule and track maintenance tasks.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>At BRF, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
