          "text": "<p>The&#xa0;Platform Operations AVP or VP&#xa0;is responsible for&#xa0;overseeing the day-to-day operations of the platform, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role involves managing operational tasks, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the platform's performance and effectiveness. This role&#xa0;plays a critical&#xa0;part&#xa0;in onboarding new clients, managing account activities, coordinating with third-party providers, and overseeing operational projects to support business growth and scalability.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What&#xa0;you’ll&#xa0;do:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee all day-to-day operational activities of the platform, including wire approvals, account maintenance, and transaction processing&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure&#xa0;timely&#xa0;and&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;processing of client requests, transactions, and account updates in compliance with internal policies and regulatory&#xa0;requirements&#xa0;</li><li>Monitor operational workflows,&#xa0;identify&#xa0;bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to&#xa0;optimize&#xa0;operational efficiency and&#xa0;effectiveness&#xa0;</li><li>Manage ongoing account activities, including account maintenance, client inquiries, and account-related reporting, to ensure&#xa0;high levels&#xa0;of client satisfaction and&#xa0;retention&#xa0;</li><li>Manage projects involving third-party providers, such as onboarding new custodians or administrators, and ensure successful implementation and integration with the&#xa0;platform&#xa0;</li><li>Generate and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders and clients, including performance reports, fee statements, and NAV approvals,&#xa0;in accordance with&#xa0;established timelines and&#xa0;requirements&#xa0;</li></ul>",
