          "text": "<p><b>Position:</b> Data Analyst</p><p><b>Location:</b> Redmond, WA</p><p><b>Duration:</b> 6 Months +</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Data Analyst for the team that owns the A/B experimentation platform</li></ul><ul><li>Interacting with decision makers from around the company to understand their needs and build solutions</li></ul><ul><li>Answering why an experiment performed well or poorly</li></ul><ul><li>Communicating analysis results, both verbally and in writing, to business partners</li></ul><ul><li>Validating and improving the data driven decision making process</li></ul><ul><li>Building key metrics and modeling reports for communication with business leaders</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Experiment design - You should have a deep understanding of experiment design: Control vs variations, multivariate experiments, simple random sampling etc. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with large data sets</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent SQL query skills, ML and R</li></ul><ul><li>Strong problem solving skills, and an ability to apply them in the context of a fast-paced business environment</li></ul><ul><li>Good written and oral communication skills to translate complex models and analysis results into layman terms</li></ul><ul><li>Capable and motivated to collaboratively work with a business and engineering</li></ul><ul><li>BS in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or other quantitative disciplines</li></ul>",
