This role is responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment, executing shipping processes in our systems, and ensuring quality checks are completed before orders leave the facility.<br><h2><span style=\"font-size:18px;\">Key Responsibilities</span></h2><ul><li>Follow all safety and quality protocols during the packing and shipping process.</li><li>Receive finished products from production and verify quality against SOP standards.</li><li>Prepare and package orders, including labeling, wrapping, and boxing per procedure.</li><li>Generate customer cards, designer labels, and shipping documents using company systems (CloudUI, SendCloud).</li><li>Ensure correct accessories (e.g., socks, inserts) are included per order specifications.</li><li>Accurately apply shipping labels and customs documentation when required.</li><li>Maintain shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels) and notify team lead when stock is low.</li><li>Place completed shipments on the correct conveyor or designated area for carrier pickup.</li><li>Support continuous improvement by reporting errors, inefficiencies, or improvement ideas.</li></ul>"
