    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Major Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze and report on transportation costs, including fuel, labor, maintenance, and other operational expenses.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain cost models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.</li>\n <li>Monitor cost variances and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide insights on cost management.</li>\n <li>Prepare detailed cost analysis reports and presentations for management.</li>\n <li>Assist in the development and implementation of cost control procedures and policies.</li>\n <li>Conduct periodic reviews of cost allocation methodologies and recommend adjustments as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college/university in a concentration requiring analytical rigor (such as: business, economics, finance, logistics/supply chain management, etc.)</li>\n <li>Preferred 1 year of work experience in the transportation industry</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of transportation principles, economics, and supply chain network behavior</li>\n <li>Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:&nbsp;</strong>Up to $55,000 /year base salary + Bonus Eligibility&nbsp;</p>\n<p><i><strong>This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however it may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand.&nbsp;</strong></i></p>\n<p><strong>Benefits&nbsp;</strong>We offer a comprehensive benefits plan including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical</li>\n <li>Dental&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Vision</li>\n <li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li>\n <li>Life &amp; AD&amp;D Insurance</li>\n <li>Disability</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n</ul>",
