Hackensack Meridian Health Largest healthcare provider in New Jersey.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current New Jersey Medical License</li>\n <li>Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neonatology</li>\n <li>Medical degree from a recognized medical school</li>\n <li>Ability to interface effectively with professional personnel</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5 bed level II special care nursery.</li>\n <li>In house coverage, 24 hours. On call 7-8 times per month (including 2 weekends) depending on schedule.</li>\n <li>Opportunity for Level III coverage at K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.</li>\n <li>Our Level III C Children’s hospital has an average daily census of 38-44, has 4,000 deliveries, with  700 admissions a year in the NICU. </li>\n <li>Work with an experienced team of neonatologists, respiratory therapists, dedicated neonatal pharmacist and dietician, RNs, and support staff. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine service, surgical and subspecialty services.</li>\n <li>Opportunity for academic appointment with Hackensack School of Medicine. </li>\n <li>Research and quality improvement opportunities</li>\n <li>Participate in divisions' educational lectures. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Starting Minimum Rate</h2>HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $233,416.
