          "text": "<p>We are seeking a <strong>Proteomics Mass Spectrometrist</strong> to support advanced protein and peptide characterization using high-resolution LC-MS/MS. This role focuses on proteomic workflows, including peptide mapping, post-translational modification (PTM) analysis, and method development to enable in-depth molecular characterization.</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in proteomics, mass spectrometry-based protein analysis, and fragmentation techniques in a laboratory setting.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, optimize, and execute LC-MS/MS workflows for proteomic analysis, including peptide mapping and protein characterization</li><li>Perform identification and localization of post-translational modifications (PTMs) using high-resolution MS and MS/MS techniques</li><li>Apply advanced fragmentation methods (CID, HCD, ETD) to enable confident peptide sequencing and modification site assignment</li><li>Optimize protein digestion and sample preparation workflows to improve sequence coverage and detection of low-abundance peptides</li><li>Analyze and interpret complex proteomics datasets using industry-standard bioinformatics and data analysis tools</li><li>Contribute to the development and refinement of proteomics methods and workflows to support broader analytical initiatives</li><li>Document experimental procedures, results, and data interpretations in accordance with industry and regulatory standards</li><li>Communicate scientific findings clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders</li></ul>",
