The successful candidate shall be responsible for conducting online sessions on the Discover curriculum and engaging primary students during the sessions and helping them prepare for the exams. <br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul><li>Conduct online sessions for students through Nagwa Classes application according to the Discover curriculum to support the learning process </li><li>Run engagement activities to ensure efficient learning outcomes and communicate with students before and after the sessions through Nagwa Classes </li><li>Follow up on the student’s progress through the assignments sent after each session through Nagwa Classes to ensure that the learning outcomes are reached </li><li>Provide students with constructive feedback to help students develop their skills and subject knowledge to improve learning outcomes </li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Work Experience</strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline </li><li>Ability to collect, interpret, and summarize data </li><li>2-4 years of relevant teaching experience  </li><li>Experience in teaching Discover curriculum </li><li>Excellent command of English  </li><li>Experience in differentiated instruction to deliver different learning needs and styles </li><li>Previous online tutoring is a plus</li><li>Having a laptop or desktop computer is a must</li></ul><p><strong>Behavioral Competencies</strong> </p><ul><li>Strong communication skills in verbal and written </li><li>Leadership skills </li><li>Time management </li><li>Accountability and ownership </li><li>Problem solving </li><li>Attention to detail </li></ul>",
