Competitive wages and great benefits!</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential functions include:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Loading railcars with product (ethanol, biodiesel, crude oil and liquid petroleum products) using proprietary transload carts.</li>\r\n\t<li>Learn, maintain, and operate all processes associated with the railcar transload operations including maintenance, paperwork, and scheduling.</li>\r\n\t<li>Equipment operations, OSHA, HAZWOPER and DOT training.</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks as directed.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>\r\n\t<li>Experience in truck loading and unloading, rail tank car and tanker truck loading very helpful.</li>\r\n\t<li>DOT certification is preferred but not required.</li>\r\n\t<li>Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications.</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, ability to multi-task, ability to work well in a team environment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to work in a railyard environment with heights and temperatures ranging from 40&deg; to +100&deg; degrees.</li>\r\n\t<li>Current driver&#39;s license required.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Work Environment/Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>This position is largely self-directed and requires the understanding of company policy, procedures, and values.</li>\r\n\t<li>Team members will be required to adhere to all safety requirements in all work environments.</li>\r\n\t<li>This position operates in a rail yard environment.
