Conduct regular 1:1s, support career development and foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Uphold engineering excellence across the team - code quality, testing practices, documentation, and architectural review. Establish and maintain standards that keep the codebase healthy and the team productive over the long term.</li><li>Champion a customer-value mindset across the team. Ensure engineering decisions are grounded in real user needs and that the product your team owns delivers measurable value to customers. </li><li>Ownership Own and maintain the engineering team's responsibilities under LiveEO's SOC2 and ISO 27001 compliance programs. Ensure controls are implemented, documented, and upheld as the product and team scale.</li><li>Work closely with Product Managers and the Designer embedded in your team. Experience across backend systems, data engineering, or ML infrastructure is a strong plus.</li><li>Agile Delivery: Hands-on experience running agile teams using Scrum or Scrumban.
