With previous experience in the industry, you'll lead troubleshooting efforts, and mentor Automation Technician I colleagues.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Uses advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair mechanical problems.</li>\n <li>Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings.</li>\n <li>Minimize downtime and unsafe conditions by performing preventative and predictive maintenance.</li>\n <li>Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex equipment issues.</li>\n <li>Mentor and train Automation Technician I colleagues.</li>\n <li>Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.</li>\n <li>Update technical documentation and standard operating procedures.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with engineering teams on design changes and upgrades.</li>\n <li>Document maintenance activities and repairs.</li>\n <li>Follow all OSHA and internal safety standards.</li>\n <li>Travels up to 85%</li>\n <li>Must currently have a valid license or passport</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years working in material handling industry preferred or equivalent industry experience</li>\n <li>experience with CMMS platform a plus</li>\n <li>2 years industry experience or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with material handling equipment and PLCs</li>\n <li>Familiarity with material handling equipment and knowledge of function</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of handheld and power tools</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of PLCs and motor control</li>\n <li>Advanced ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, moderate electrical, and controls defects</li>\n <li>Advanced ability to interpret both mechanical and electric drawings and schematics</li>\n <li>Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented</li>\n <li>Knowledge of safe industrial work practices</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Customer service orientation</li>\n <li>Ability to work in and contribute to a team setting</li>\n <li>Intermediate computer skills including MS Office</li>\n <li>Follow maintenance manuals and procedures to repair equipment</li>\n <li>Ability to guide and teach Automation Tech I</li>\n <li>Support SOP creation and technical documentation</li>\n <li>Ability to assist in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all material handling equipment and components a plus</li>\n <li>Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Job Posting Min Salary</h2>\n<h2>Job Posting Max Salary</h2>",
